Terms and Conditions - Marketing Mavens Mastermind (MMM)

By participating in the Marketing Mavens Mastermind, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Eligibility

• To qualify for MMM, participants must be marketing leaders, entrepreneurs, founders/CEOs, agency owners, or marketing professionals.
• Minimum requirement of 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Participants must have a minimum annual revenue of six figures with seven-figure momentum.

Commitment to In-Person Meetings

• Members are expected to attend in-person meetings held in San Diego, CA, as a commitment to active participation and collaboration.

Confidentiality and Respect

• All discussions, materials, and information shared within the MMM community are confidential. Members must respect the privacy and intellectual property of fellow participants.

Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to adhere to a high standard of professionalism, courtesy, and respect when interacting within the MMM community, both online and during in-person events.

Payment and Renewal

• Membership fees are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.
• Membership is renewable on an annual basis, subject to adherence to the terms and conditions and availability of space in the program.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• To qualify for MMM, participants must be marketing leaders, entrepreneurs, founders/CEOs, agency owners, or marketing professionals.

• Participants must have a minimum annual revenue of six figures with seven-figure momentum.

Intellectual Property

• Members retain intellectual property rights to their individual contributions. However, members grant MMM a license to use, display, and distribute their contributions for program-related purposes.

Modification of Terms

• MMM reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the modified terms.

Termination of Membership

• MMM reserves the right to terminate a member's participation for violation of these terms, disruptive behavior, or any action deemed detrimental to the MMM community.
